Before we launch · Android

Help us test — and help shape what we build.

We're getting the Senuna apps ready for Google Play, and we'd love your help. Join a small group of early testers, try an app on your own phone, and tell us what feels good and what could be better. Your feedback genuinely shapes what we launch.

How it works

Four gentle steps

Google Play asks every new app to run a small closed test — at least 12 testers over 14 days — before it can go live. That's where you come in, and it only takes a few minutes to join.

1

Leave your email

Pop in the email for the Google account on your Android phone — that's the one Google Play uses to add testers.

2

Get your invite

We'll email you a Google Play opt-in link and a short guide to installing the test version of the app.

3

Try it for a couple of weeks

Use the app as you naturally would. Staying opted in for 14 days helps us meet Google's requirement to launch.

4

Share your thoughts

Tell us what you loved and what tripped you up — privately, through Google Play or by replying to our email.

🌿 Thank you — you're on the list! We'll be in touch soon with your Google Play invite and everything you need to get started.
Sorry, something went wrong and we couldn't save your details. Please check your email address and the consent box, then try again — or email us directly at senuna.app@gmail.com.

Testing is on Android via Google Play. iPhone isn't available yet — leave your email and we'll let you know when it is.

Once you're in

How to install the test app

After you sign up we'll email you an invite. Here's what you'll need and exactly how to get the app onto your phone — it only takes a few minutes.

Before you start — what you'll need

An Android phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or newer.
The Google account (Gmail) you signed up with, signed in on that device.
The Google Play Store app — built in to almost every Android phone.
About 50 MB free space and a Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection.
iPhone and iPad aren't supported yet — testing is Android-only for now.
1

Sign up above

Fill in the form with the Google-account email that's on your phone. That's how Google Play knows to let you into the test.

2

Wait for your invite email

We add you to the test and email you an opt-in link — usually within a day or two. It comes from senuna.app@gmail.com, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

3

Tap the opt-in link on your phone

Open the email on the same Android phone that's signed in to that Google account, and tap the link. On the page that opens, tap “Become a tester” and accept.

Make sure you're signed in to the right Google account first: open Play Store → tap your profile picture to check.
4

Open the download link

On that same page, tap “Download it on Google Play”. This opens the app's page in the Play Store.

If it says the item isn't available, wait a few minutes after accepting and refresh — tester access can take a short while to register.
5

Tap Install

It installs like any normal app. You may see a small “You're a tester” note on the store page — that's completely normal and means it's working.

6

Open it and start testing

Tap Open, and use the app as you naturally would. Please keep it installed for the two-week test window, and tell us anything you notice by replying to our email — good or bad, it all helps.

Getting errors?

Running into trouble?

Most problems come down to one thing — the Google account on your phone. Here's how to spot it and fix it, plus a few other common snags.

Most common issue

The app won't show up, or says you don't have access

Google Play can only let you in on the exact Google account you signed up with. If your phone is signed in to a different account, you'll see errors like “You don't have access”, “Item not available”, or the app simply won't appear.

How to fix it:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  3. Check the email shown. If it isn't the one you signed up with, tap it and switch to the right account, then open the opt-in link again.
  4. Don't have that account on your phone? Either add it (profile → Add another account), or just email us at senuna.app@gmail.com and tell us the address that is on your phone — we'll add that one instead.

I can't find the invite email

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you signed up with the email that's on your phone. It can take a day or two to arrive — if it's been longer, email us and we'll resend it.

“Item not available” after accepting

This usually just means access hasn't registered yet. Wait a few minutes (occasionally up to a couple of hours), then reopen the Play Store link. Also double-check you tapped “Become a tester” on the opt-in page.

I accepted but it still won't install

Force-close and reopen the Play Store, check your internet connection, and make sure you have about 50 MB free. A quick phone restart clears this up most of the time.

I'm on an iPhone

iPhone and iPad aren't supported yet — testing is Android-only for now. Leave your email on the form above and we'll let you know if iOS testing opens up.

Still stuck? We're happy to help

Email us at senuna.app@gmail.com with your phone model, Android version, and the Google-account email on the phone — and we'll get you in.
