With age we flourish.
Senuna builds serene, private-by-design apps for your body and mind. Everything you log stays on your own device — no accounts, and your health data is never uploaded.

Six apps, one quiet philosophy
Each app does one thing calmly and keeps what you share to yourself.
Senuna
A calm, private companion for menopause — daily check-ins, one-tap hot flush logging, symptom trends, a cycle log, appointment prep and a Doctor-Ready Report. Coming soon to Google Play.
Learn more →Senuna Cycle
A calm, free period tracker with gentle predictions, a fertile-window estimate, a mood diary and supportive reads. Available in 9 languages.
Learn more →DiaryCBT
A fully offline CBT thought-record journal and mood tracker. No internet permission at all — your reflections never leave your phone.
Learn more →Cairn
A calm, private diary for fibromyalgia: a three-tap check-in, a body pain map, energy pacing, flares and a report for your GP.

We don't build our apps around your data — because we never see it. There are no accounts to create and nothing syncs to a server we control.
Encrypted on your phone
Senuna, DiaryCBT and our upcoming apps store your data with AES-256 (SQLCipher), with keys held in the device keystore. Senuna Cycle keeps it in the app's private, sandboxed storage.
Your health data is never used for ads
Our apps have no ads or analytics, except Senuna Cycle: it is free with Google AdMob ads, which never see what you log. See its privacy policy.
Yours to keep & erase
Export a backup any time, and permanently delete everything with one tap.
Help us test — and get early access
Senuna Cycle is out now — and we're inviting a small group of early testers to try our next apps on Google Play before they launch. It's free, it takes a minute, and your feedback genuinely shapes what we build.
